Agoodic has no minimum order quantity, so we can not only ship single sample but also the large order.
l SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1.can you ship to brazil?
Yes, we can ship to Brazil.
Please note, it's your own responsibility to find out about the IMPORT TAX situation in your own country.
Our customers in Brazil have informed us that companies importing anything are suggested to state their "CNPJ" number, and individuals are suggested to state their "CPF" number on invoices.
If you have not "CPNJ" number or neither "CPF" number, please choose EMS as your shipping method.
2. How long do orders take to deliver? How long can I receive my products?
The goods taken to deliver needs 1-3 days after you paid. Shipping needs 4-7 days by express. Total needs 5-10days.

3.Is shipping cost included in the price?
No, shipping cost is not included in the item price. Please put the desired number of items in your cart and follow the next page to select a courier option and preview shipping price.
The shipping charge is calculated automatically depending on the total weight of your order.
Finally, you pay for the cost includes: Product price & freight.
4.Do you send me a tracking number?
Yes, after we dispatch your goods, we will email you a tracking number for the courier used as soon as possible. There is normally a 24-hour gap between dispatching goods from our store in China and getting the tracking number from the courier offices.

1. How can I pay goods at agoodic?
We can accept payment by Paypal, Western union , Money Gram, T/T or by credit card.
You can use Paypal to pay your order with a credit card.
If you don't have a Paypal account you can sign up for an account free while completing your order checkout.
Please submit payment in advance, in full. No taxes are added by agoodic.

1. Can I Pay By Credit Card?
Yes, but you have to use Paypal.
If you can't use Paypal, you can't use a credit card.
We can't accept credit card payments directly without Paypal.
Paypal offers a secure method to send money from your credit card without telling online shops your credit card numbers. And paypal’s website will gives you instructions how to make the payment.
3. How does paypal work?
Using Paypal you have several choices:
- send money from existing credit card on your Paypal account (if any);
- send money from a credit card: the amount is drawn from your credit card and sent directly to the recipients’ Paypal account;
- send money from a debit card/ bank account: the amount is sent directly to the recipients’ Paypal account.
Please note that maybe Paypal will probably charge you certain commission when "uploading" money, so please check on their site for real information about their service.
Please be extra vigilant about possible fraud sites purporting to be the real Paypal site in order to harvest your information.
4. Bank Transfer Fees.
Agoodic won't charge you any extra fee by bank transfer. However, banks usually need you to pay some bank-to-bank transfer fee. For example, if you are paying for a agoodic order of $500, and the bank will charge $50 for transfer, please submit the total $550. If you only submit $500, then we will only receive $450 and we won't be able to send you the full order.

Of course, we can give you the better price for large order.
If you are interested in a quotation for a large quantity of items, please contact us with the following details:
- The item code and description
- The exact desired order quantity
- What your desired time frame would be
-Special packing instructions, e.g. bulk packing without product boxes
With this information we will get back to you with a quote for the product price. Shipping cost / logistics arrangement would need to be discussed in more detail for large order.
If you are really interested in buying large order of a particular product, please contact us with full details as noted above, but We suggest you preferably begin by placing small quantity samples on our site so you can check out the products first.
2. Do I have to pay VAT / Sales Tax?
Possible additional costs to you may include:
- bank transfer charge
- Paypal money 'upload' (i.e. deposit) charges,
- and any import duties that are leviable at customs.
Please note that if you are re-selling (or drop-shipping) goods from agoodic, it is your responsibility to ensure you are abiding by the tax (and other) regulations for selling goods in your home country and the destination country.
Please note that if you are drop-shipping to end customers, it is your responsibility to let them know about any taxes they may have to pay when receiving goods from the courier.
3. How much tax do I need to pay?
Please note that all import taxes/duties are the buyer's responsibility.
agoodic will accept no responsibility for customs costs incurred.
Obviously you will want this to be as low as possible, but agoodic can give you advice or information about tax rates 60%.
All we can do is to declare the value of the shipped goods at a nominal value (see below), which may still be fully taxable.
Items shipped from agoodic will be declared at the lowest nominal market price as a standard assumption.
This lowest market price is based on the manufacturing origin and might not be reflective of how much the item will cost you if bought in your local retail market.
You must ensure you find out about regulations in your own country before ordering from agoodic. In most countries, the actual origin of the goods (China) is not important: only the declared value of the goods and declared contents is relevant.
Let us know if you have any special packing or label instructions when placing your order. Add comments to the box on the "Delivery Information" page of the checkout process.
Agoodic does not add any sales taxes or hidden charges to orders.
l After-service Term
All the products we sell come with a minimum one-year warranty but you will find that some merchandise is guaranteed for a longer period by their Chinese manufacturers.
2. Instructions For Returning Faulty Goods
Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. In over 90% of cases we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back.
If there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them for repair or replacement under our twelve month warranty.
If you did not buy your product directly from agoodic, you need to contact the vendor who sold it to you. It may still be possible for you to return a faulty product directly to agoodic and get a replacement sent directly to you, but first this needs to be discussed with the person who was responsible for the original order with agoodic. Please note we do not provide any technical support or software support whatever for products that were not bought from agoodic.
